We've got 3 rides, the Cooroibah, our 1 hour, the Teewah which is 1.5 hours and the Laguna is our 2 hour ride.
We usually only do one ride per day and the ride time changes depending on the tide.
All currently available times are displayed on our Calendar.
I believe being on the beach at low tide is the single most important factor in having not only an enjoyable ride but also a safe ride.
In the middle of summer, we sometimes have to compromise on tide times due to the heat.
I also avoid certain holidays and long weekends, as the ferry can become extremely congested.
Although my saddles don't have thin stirrup leathers that will pinch your legs, long pants or leggings are usually better.
Closed in shoes or boots, best to avoid anything chunky or wide.
All our rides are completely personalised. We have horses for all rider levels.
If we feel that you can safely trot and canter, then, there'll be plenty of opportunities.
There are lots of factors, and safety is our priority, but we do everything we can to help people improve their skills and ride to whatever level they are at.
Western saddles and half breeds, although we can put you in an all purpose saddle if you like.
Riding in the rain isn't much fun, and being on the beach when it's really windy isn't either.
Bad weather is also a safety issue so if the weather turns foul, we won't go out.
